Fun & Forward Turbo Cob!!

Bill has hunted with us with the EDH. He has attended multiple busy meets, always standing politely for a port and a pasty. He has been brilliant with the hounds and enjoys watching them work. He is mannerly in the field & has proven bold to various hunt fences. Always happy to wait his turn but up for the job at hand. He will ride away on point or turn away from the field at the end of the day with no fuss. He’s been hunted in a snaffle and is polite enough to ride at the back but equally he has no trouble keeping up at the front!

He has been SJ training and XC schooling on grass & arena. He has shown the potential to have a competitive low level summer job with the right education!

Bill has been educated in the importance of standing still at the pub!! He has attended multiple pleasure rides, remaining level headed throughout the day and unphased by his surroundings. He has been on multiple beach and moorland rides, loved swimming in the sea and has been used to lead young inexperienced horses on their first outings. Bill is regularly ridden alone and in company, used to accompany our children on their pony, ridden in heavy traffic and open spaces – he’s pretty unflappable for his age!

Bill’s education hasn’t been focused on flatwork, therefore he would be green in this discipline.

He is a gentleman to handle on the ground and we’ve found him a very easy person to have around – Bill is BRILLIANT fun to ride!! He wouldn’t suit a nervous rider, we have found no badness to him whatsoever but he deserves someone that loves having fun as much as he does!

His production & education with us will continue until sold.

Guinness has been XC schooling and SJ training, he shows great technique over a fence and has proven to be bold and straightforward, always showing a mature attitude to his work. He has plenty of ability for his type and is a really fun horse to ride!!

Guinness has good paces and works willingly on the flat. His education hasn’t been focused on flatwork however he has the potential to excel in this discipline, he has three rhythmical paces and is responsive to aids – he certainly has plenty of presence to catch the judges eye!

He has been on multiple beach and moorland rides, he enjoyed swimming in the sea! Guinness is regularly ridden alone and in company, has been used to lead young inexperienced horses on their first outings – he’s an impeccable hack for his age!

Guinness has hunted in Ireland.

Irish Sports Horse

BOLD AND BRAVE HUNTER

We’ve had some SERIOUS fun on this horse hunting! He finished his third season with us and he knows the job well. He has such a bold attitude and forward thinking brain – he is SO brave, he has jumped anything we have put in front of him! He gives you a lovely confident feeling going into a hedge and doesn’t look twice at a ditch – he’s good with the hounds, brilliant with other horses and generally very mannerly to hunt. He isn’t a horse that likes to sit and chat at the meet or plod at the back (although he will if you ask!) – he wants a rider that likes to get on with the day ahead! He has hunted with a lady rider with The TVFH attending all their Vale Days and The EDH. He has also attended Vale days with various other packs. He hunted a handful of days as a young horse with The Galway Blazers. Johnny absolutely loves following hounds!

Johnny has competed in Hunter Trials to 1m with us always placing in large classes. He is XC schooling confidently and is regularly out offering a lead to our inexperienced horses. He has been showjumping unaffiliated with us and jumped some smart rounds! He has all the ability to have a successful summer job competing in the future he just needs a rider that has the desire to build a bond with him. He has attended the SWW hedge hopping day & was an absolute MACHINE!

Johnny has been on beach and moorland rides & is regularly out and about. He has attended plenty of hunt / fun rides. He is a solid and reliable hack alone & in company, regularly ridden in the heaviest of traffic and open spaces – you could ride him through the middle of a building site – he really isn’t phased by much! He travels in the lorry & trailer alone or in company. He’s a horse that loves to work!

Johnny can be a sensitive horse, there isn’t an ounce of malice in him but he prefers a quiet and confident rider that has the desire to build a bond with him as once you have that he really will move the earth and jump the moon for you! He wouldn’t suit a nervous or unbalanced rider.

We’ve owned Johnny for over 3 years now and in that time he has given his rider SO much fun and experience – we absolutely adore him therefore are in no rush to sell him but we do feel that he would thrive in a 1:1 environment and he does deserve to be someone’s special horse…
